Account Deletion

Vet Tech Companion allows users to request deletion of their account and associated app data.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly inside the Vet Tech Companion app:

Settings → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your account deletion request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, Vet Tech Companion deletes account-related information associated with your user profile, including saved app data such as notes and favorites when applicable.

Subscription data

If you have an active subscription, billing and subscription management are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Deleting your Vet Tech Companion account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

To cancel a subscription, please manage it through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Data retention

Some limited information may be retained temporarily if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or payment record purposes.
